Your first tournament in 5 minutes

  1. Tournaments → Create: pick the occasion (e.g. standard PDGA tournament), enter name, date and venue. The template sets up divisions, schedule, check-in, cancellation and waiver.
  2. Open the tournament and work through the "Next up" card in the workspace: check the basics, enter price and bank details. If you score in Discbase, everything for the day is under "Match play".
  3. Publish and share the link - or embed the calendar in your website.
  4. Before the day: complete Discbase Caddy (site map, caddybook) - it is on for new tournaments and visible to players from one week before -, check the check-in windows, publish tee times.
