What Discbase Does

Everything around a disc golf tournament and everyday club life – as running, tested software, not a concept.

Registration & players

Waitlist, wildcards, spots per division and registration waves by PDGA rating – computed from the tournament date for ÖDGV templates. Doubles register as a pair, orders such as food land live in an overview.

Formats & scoring

Stroke play, doubles, match play with groups and knockout or Swiss system – live scoring on the phone. Results of tournaments scored elsewhere can be imported by paste, CSV or Excel.

Tournament day & Discbase Caddy

From now on every player has a caddy at every tournament: schedule, “My day”, site map, holes, side events, announcements and push. For tournament directors: check-in with QR ticket and ace pot.

Results, profiles & series

Results sit right at the top of the tournament page after the event, with scorecards. Players get a profile with career statistics, tours a cross-club series standing.

Clubs & federations

Members, dues with bank QR code, reminders and a digital membership card for clubs; memberships, invoicing of clubs and member discounts for federations.

Operations & data protection

One workspace per role with search and inbox, embedding on your own website, help per role – GDPR-compliant, encrypted, with backups and monitoring.
